General Description of Dirties:
1. Bidding & tendering work for road & house construction works.
2. Business communication and negotiation, assisting Project Manager in business conferences, site Inspection, and local market development.
3. Assisting in site control, general office and routine site management, assisting in contract preparation and review, reception of superior or business visitors, and assisting in bulk purchase and customs clearance.
4. Local staff HR management, dealing with public relations for the site.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree of English or Business Administration.
2. Experience: minimum 8 years of working experience in the construction filed.
3. Skills/Competencies: communication and co­ordination: Good knowledge of bidding and tender; construction site management, office administration, human resources management, and accounting knowledge.
4. Be able to speak Chinese and English smoothly.
