We are searching for a talented and qualified Customer Service Consultant to join our Oshakati practice. As the Customer Service Consultant, the appointed candidate will be customers as well as perform office administrative duties.
CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
-? Gr. 12 Certificate (pass rate)
-? A minimum of 0-2 years experience as a Customer Service Consultant;
-? A matured Namibian citizen;
-? A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage;
-? Must be target driven and able to meet deadlines;
-? Fluent in English and Oshiwambo. Added languages will an added advantage
-? Good data entry and typing skills;
-? Strong working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office
-? Good problem-solving skills;
-? In-debt knowledge of customer service, customer care, and customer retention;
-? In-debt knowledge of basic mathematics and accounting;
-? Possess an excellent ability to speak with customers in a professional manner; and
-? Have an outstanding ability to multitask as well as good interpersonal skills.
