BRANCH MANAGER – Africa Personnel Services (APS)
DESCRIPTION
At APS, we directly relate our success to the capabilities and attitudes of leaders on our team. To continue to operate to our high standards, we are looking for Mangers that are able to motivate staff to high productivity and superior standards of work.
IMPORTANT SKILLS (Proof of skills is essential) Proven track record of the following:
Performance Management
Operation Management
Customer Relations Management
Finance (Cost/Expense) Management
Sales & Marketing experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive service to all existing and new customers.
Maintain ongoing communication with employees and address issues raised.
Maintain a system of timely and up-to-date submission and processing of documentation.
Apply sound financial management principles at all times.
Comply with all legal requirements and handle all legal matters relating to employees.
Plan and facilitate appropriate training for supervisors and workers when necessary.
Market and expand APS’s business.
REQUIREMENTS
Code B Driver’s License
5+ years of proven operational experience
Strong business acumen
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
Adept problem solver and decision maker
