Ensuring that the municipality local order/regulations/guidelines are complied with.To ensure kitchen work practices reflect written procedures.To conduct inspections for Bars/Restaurants and Receiving to ensure City Municipality regulations are being adhered to. Manage and maintain food safety documentation and records Monitor and check the personal hygiene conditions & working habits of the staff. Maintaining Environment Health and Safety standards in the hotel as per local guidelines Complete and provides regular internal audit reports Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional To laterally coordinate with concerned departments in day to day activitiesQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Strong command of English language.
