Job description
We would like to appoint a project & sales manager based in Swakopmund in the Erongo region.
Responsibility’s and duties:

Manage and appoint a sales team.
Set up marketing events
Host informative workshops at government institutions and other companies
Marketing budget
Pay salaries
Project management
Liaise with developer, architect, engineer and client.
Communicate timelines & project progress to the relevant parties.
Approve plans at municipality and relevant entities.

Other responsibilities:

Manage progress payment with the relevant banks.
Set up and stick to a Cash flow prediction.

Working-Hours:
Working hours will be from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. Applicants must be willing to work every second weekend.

Commission based salary based on the amount of sales made:
